Up Special: Dark Meta Knight does Dark Caliber. It functions nearly identical as Meta Knights side special but Dark Meta Knight's does a little less damage but has super low end-lag, better for combos, it also can barely be angled. He only hits once the move is over and it's just a strong slash with his sword. Neutral Special: Dark Meta Knight uses his "Reflector Shield" its the nearly the exact same as Zelda's neutral special except that it's not a multi-hit. It spikes as the Blade comes out of the mirror portal but it does linger in the air until Dark Meta Knight touches the ground. This is his hardest hitting aerial.ĭown Air: He does Meteor Edge. It's the move he does after Dark Crosscut in Star Allies but he does it backwards. It works the exact same as Meta Knight's forward air.īack Air: He does Triple Thrust. Up Smash: He uses his "Blade Burst" move but he uses two large mirror portals instead of four.įorward Air: He does Dark Crosscut. He splits himself in two moves in opposite directions then come back together.ĭash Attack: Is the same as Meta Knights dash attack but he also does a sword slash.įorward Smash: He does his "Edge Smash" move from Star Allies. Up Tilt: He uses his Wall of Mirrors move from Star Allies.ĭown Tilt: He use his Dark Mirror move from Star Allies. Side Tilt: He opens a small mirror portal in front of him and a Dark Galaxia blade shoots out. Rapid Jab: Its just the rapid slash part of "Overhead Slash".įinisher: He opens a medium sized mirror portal and shoots a Dark Galaxia blade out at a 45° angle. He does the third and final slash of "Overhead Slash". Jab 2: He does the second slash of "Overhead Slash". YES to me, he is the only Kirby villain with a clear personality and not having reedeeming qualities at all.Jab 1: Dark Meta Knight does the first slash of "Overhead Slash"

His actions ultimately cause Sectonia's death, with Taranza beign heartbroken and leaving an impact on the series, this is treated very heavily by the narrative. In his Triple Deluxe fight we see the Mirror World is still a dark wasteland, impliyng he might have conquered it again, as the game says he has now control over the Dimensional Mirror.

He attempts to kill Dedede, escape the Mirror World, and destroy Kirby's world by himself out of spite for stopping his plans. He makes Sectonia attempt to destroy the whole planet, killing billions, just to have revenge on Kirby and friends. He Returns in Triple Deluxe, corrupting Queen Sectonia from a benevolent ruler to a genocidal maniac, beign responsable for all of Sectonia's atrocities. He shows no true loyalty to Dark Mind anyways. He tries to trap Meta Knight forever in the Dimensional Mirror (fate worse than death?) and disguises as himself, committing many evil actions to his name and tried to kill Kirby again by tricking him in thinking he could trust him disguised as Meta Knight. He slices Kirby in four attempting to kill him.He helps Dark Mind to take over Kirby's world/universe.

He can be argued to fail the massive Kirby heinous standards to villains like Hyness who attempted to destroy the universe, but he still stands out due to beign the only villain to permanently corrupt an entire world and causing Sectonia's madness and tragic death, on top of having lower resources than most of the villains He is the Mirror World Counterpart of Meta Knight who first works for Dark Mind and then tries to take over the universe by Himself He is the secondary antagonist of Kirby and the Amazing Mirror ans the main overarching antagonist of Triple Deluxe. When Proposing Marx for Magnificent Baddie i tought about many Kirby villains, and i think this guy may stand out.
